Teaching yoga is a dream come true. Being able to share a space with other humans and helping them find their path with yoga is so so magical.

I believe that yoga is much more than movement & flexibility of the body. It is finding flexibility of the mind & meeting yourself exactly where you are, as you are and gifting yourself the space to be loved there. From this point, you can build upon your foundation and discover what you need through movement, breath & play.

So, I invite you to deepen into this journey with me as I guide you through a variety of different yogic styles , Pranayama (breath work) & Meditation, finding space to fall and laugh along the way.
