Teaching yoga is a dream. Sharing a space with other humans and helping individuals find their path is so beautiful. I believe that yoga is much more than movement & flexibility. It is meeting yourself where you are, as you are and gifting yourself the space to be loved there. From this point, you can build upon your foundation and discover what you need through movement, breath & play.

So, I invite you to deepen into this journey with me as I guide you through a variety of different yogic styles , Pranayama (breath work) & Meditation, finding space to fall and laugh along the way.
