Whether you're looking to ease the mind before a wedding, get closer & let loose during a retreat, find some flow at a birthday or just want to create a fun family event for yourself & those closest to you... I am happy to create a class that speaks to YOU. We can flow, we can slow, we can breathe & move with ease, create a foundation or find balance in any situation.
