Service Description
Join me at Liverpool's Emera Center for a loving yoga flow. We will meet in the lobby 10 minutes before class & go in together (: If you can get on to the floor & back up, then you're ready to try out this amazing class. We will venture through slow movements, mobility exercises, core, holds, finding flexibility, breath work & finding out what yoga means to you. So don't fret, if you cant touch your toes, that's ay okay, I promise. We have tools to help you feel as comfortable as possible & a firm belief that yoga is meeting yourself exactly where you are <3 lets have some fun (:

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations with a full refund can be made until March 18th, 2025 - No refund after March 18th, 2025 - Liability forms must be signed & returned before the retreat date of April 18th, 2025
