you accept & agree that this 10 class pass will only qualify for 10 classes personally provided by haum studios, which will be all listed classes unless stated other wise. other practitioners who teach at haum studios, do not qualify for this pass, unless stated otherwise. you understand & agree that you will not receive any refunds for unused class passes before or after your year of expiry date.

you accept & agree that this monthly pass will only qualify for classes personally provided by haum studios, which will be all listed classes unless stated other wise. other practitioners who teach at haum studios, do not qualify for this pass, unless stated otherwise. you understand & agree that you will not receive any refunds for unused class passes. Monthly class passes must be renewed each month.

1. you accept & agree that this free fitness assessment is qualified for 1 person & 1 visit only.

2. you accept & agree that this lifestyle assessment purchase is for a designated date & time to create a program personally fitted to you & your goals. this qualifies for 1 person & 1 program. if you do not show up for your scheduled assessment, the date can be moved to the next best suitable date for both you & your health manager.

you accept & agree that this purchase qualifies 1 person a space in said class provided by haum studios. you understand & agree that if you don't show up for said class provided by haum studios you do not qualify for a refund. refunds will be distributed to those who may have booked a class that was cancelled due to unforeseen situations.
