Can I book a private class?

YES! If you're looking to have a more personal experience to deepen into your journey with yoga, then we encourage you to try out a private class. This will give you the ability to have a class at a time that works for your schedule, touch on things that you wish to do & ask questions along the way. Which of your classes is best suited for me?

Great Question! No matter what, never be afraid to try new things & ALWAYS listen to YOUR body. This is YOUR journey, not mine, not anyone else's, so no matter what class you join there is always space to modify & take a break.

In saying this, we offer a variety of different classes which we will list below <3

Yoga Flow - This is a more intensive class, touching on holds & breath to movement practice. We like to create a little fun in this class, challenging ourselves to new things & building upon each pose.

Slow Flow - This is a more modified class, touching on aspects of our yoga flow classes, but leaving more space for breath, holds & stretching.

Slow & Restore - This is a slow moving, body engaging, stretch class, easing in to small movements of self discovery.

Core Yoga - This is as stated. It will be engaging, fun & get you right in the core, haha.

Circuit - This is a body weight circuit class
